  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Time

  • Major Cities: 2–4 working days

  • Other Areas: 3–6 working days

Delivery time may vary due to weather, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Delivery Charges: Rs. 200 – Rs. 300

  • Free Shipping may be offered on selected promotions or order values.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) all over Pakistan.

  • Please ensure you have the exact amount at the time of delivery.

  • Orders may be confirmed via call or SMS before dispatch.

6. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp.

  • You can track your order through the courier service website.

7. Failed Delivery

  • If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier may attempt delivery again.

  • After multiple failed attempts, your order may be canceled.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incomplete order, contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Provide pictures/videos as proof for quick resolution.
